How do I select this service?
How do I select this service? When you register on the platform you select your preferred Post Office that you would like to collect items from. This would be the default Post Office linked to you and if you choose a Postal Service that is where the service would be delivered to. When checking out you can select a date and time, that suits you, to collect your item.
Will I receive a notification of arrival at my Post Office?
Yes. When the item leaves the sorting centre , you receive a confirmation SMS and Email and, the when the item arrives at the Post Office you will be sent another SMS and Email reminder
Can I pay my fees at the Post Office or Online only?
If you have registered on the platform you will be able to pay for your Conveyance Fee and any Clearance Fees online. If you have not registered you will receive a Collection Notification and visit your preferred Post Office personally and collect. At the Post Office you can pay the fees using your credit or debit card, Mobile Money or cash if preferred.
Can I change my preferred Post Office?
Absolutely. You can either change your preferred Post Office permanently or for a single consignment on checkout.
